Reflections Eco-Reserve offers conservation-led off-grid accommodation on the Rondevlei in the Wilderness Lakes area of South Africa's Garden Route within a Ramsar-recognised wetland surrounded by the Garden Route National Park.

Accommodation

Accommodation comprises four three-bedroom off-grid timber eco-chalets sleeping up to 6 guests and secluded canvas glamping tents for 2 guests. Chalets have 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchens, decks, fire pits and BBQ facilities. Tents have queen beds, en-suite bathrooms, kitchenettes and private fire pits. Both are off-grid and solar-powered.

Facilities

Daily breakfast from local ingredients is delivered to the door. Stays include linens, eco-friendly toiletries, firewood, uninterrupted off-grid solar power, hot water and charging. Self-catering kitchens and kitchenettes with fridges, gas hobs and ovens. Private fire pits, decks and BBQ facilities are provided. Guided and self-guided nature experiences are included.

Location & Surroundings

Reflections Eco-Reserve is on the Rondevlei in the Wilderness Lakes, Garden Route, just off the N2 and surrounded by the Garden Route National Park within Ramsar-recognised wetlands. It is 40 minutes from George Airport, 30 minutes from Knysna and 4.5 hours from Cape Town. Gericke’s Point is 12 km away.
