Sea-Esta is a spacious double-storey self-catering family home located in the peaceful Mosselbank area of Paternoster, close to the beach. The house has limited sea views and is perfect for a family vacation.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a separate scullery and laundry room, and an open-plan lounge and dining area.

Upstairs, the first bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and handheld shower attachment and opens to a private covered balcony. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom with a bath and handheld shower attachment. An upstairs TV area opens to a covered balcony with built-in braai facilities.

Downstairs, the kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The scullery includes a dishwasher. The dining area has an 8-seater table and a built-in indoor braai fireplace. The lounge features a flat-screen TV with full DStv and opens to a sheltered patio with outdoor braai facilities.

The house is equipped with inverters, ensuring it remains unaffected by load-shedding. The tandem garage provides secure parking for 2 cars. The garden is walled and well-kept, offering limited partial sea views.

Location & Surroundings

Paternoster, one of the oldest West Coast towns, is famous for its crayfish, traditional fisherman’s architecture, and pristine white beaches. This year-round destination offers whale and dolphin watching for ten months and vibrant wildflower displays from late July to September. Bird lovers can enjoy over 250 species, including seabirds that breed along the coast.

Activities include beach buggy trips, long beach walks, fishing, crayfishing, diving, spearfishing, hiking, mountain biking, and sea kayaking. Nearby attractions include the West Coast Fossil Park and the Cape Columbine lighthouse.

Named "Our Father" after shipwrecked Portuguese sailors' prayers, Paternoster is known for its charming white-washed houses and stunning beaches. This picturesque fishing village, located 145 km from Cape Town, remains a working fishing community with colourful boats and daily catches. The nearest large town is Vredenburg, 16 km away.
