The bathrooms are with baths and showers in some, while others have showers only. The units offer washing machines and linen is provided. Guests, please need to bring their towels.

Each of the units has a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-plate stove and oven, a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The lounges offer comfortable seating, a TV with DStv and open onto a balcony or a private patio with ocean views. In addition, Mermaid's Cove has a wooden deck that is exclusively for guests in this unit.
