Please take note that the building does not have a generator. Please take this in consideration with the Load Shedding we are experiencing.
The Apartment has an individual Inverter installed which will assist with the following during Load Shedding: You will have lights, the Television as well as WIFI will work and all plug points will work except for the kitchen equipment, the fridge is also connected on the Inverter. Please note excluded: Aircons as well as the geyser, the big equipment cannot connect on the inverter.
Please note excluded in long term rentals of a month and more:
1- Electricity: Guest to buy own pre-paid electricity
2- Cleaning: Should you wish to have a cleaner, a cleaner can be organized at R 350 for the day, which needs to be paid to them in cash, 24 hour notice needed during office hours.
