St James is a prestigious 1km stretch on False Bay's coastline, historically known as 'millionaire's mile'. Kalk Bay Harbour, a 5-minute walk, features antique shops, delis, cafés, galleries, fine-dining restaurants. Tidal pools and swimming beaches are directly across the road. Whales appear metres from shoreline in season, visible from properties.
