Sunsets-on-the-water is a modern, two-bedroom apartment featuring a private deck that offers some of the most desirable views in Knysna. Guests enjoy uninterrupted vistas of life along the Knysna lagoon.

A Bali-inspired entrance welcomes you into a space thoughtfully designed to maximise the unique scenery. The outdoor deck is perfect for a variety of leisure activities, such as enjoying an early morning coffee, unwinding on the rotating lounger, preparing a braai and cocktails, dining under the stars, and, of course, watching the stunning sunsets.

The upper floor is dedicated to a designer-styled main bedroom, where sweeping lagoon views continue to be the focal point. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with both a bath and a shower. The second bedroom, located downstairs, also features an en-suite shower and a private outdoor area. Both bedrooms are furnished with king-size double beds.

The lounge, along with the open-plan dining area and kitchen, all enjoy views of the lagoon. The home is well-equipped with modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher.

Sunsets-on-the-Water is located in the Thesen Harbour Town area, within walking distance of several notable Knysna dining and shopping destinations. The Knysna Waterfront and Knysna Yacht Club are a comfortable walk away, and Knysna town is just a short 10-minute drive.

Location & Surroundings

Knysna lies on the N2, approximately an hour's drive from George to the west and 3 hours from Port Elizabeth to the east. Knysna is the ideal base from which to explore the Garden Route, and its many attractions, with most being within an hour's drive.

Knysna is a small coastal town built around a large warm-water estuary which is fed by the Knysna River flowing from the Outeniqua mountains in the north. The estuary (or Knysna Lagoon) is now an international Hope Spot and opens to the Indian Ocean through two large headlands known as The Heads.

Whether you are a water babe or a land lubber, an adrenalin junkie, or sports fanatic; interested in history, culture or arts; want to explore the natural beauty around the estuary, in the forests, or on the beaches; or even just want to relax and chill; Knysna has it all.
