3. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Ben Alberts Way and drive for 600 m.
4. Turn right onto Kromhout St and go for 70 m.
5. Turn left to stay on Kromhout St.
6. Your destination will be on the left, 48 Kromhout Street.
