Directions to Thonga Beach Lodge

Remote location accessible only by 4x4 vehicle. Twice-daily 4x4 transfers available from Librodi Lodge in Sodwana Bay at 12:00 and 15:00 (must be pre-booked 48 hours in advance); journey takes approximately 1 hour. Guests may self-drive 4x4 vehicles directly to the lodge. No fuel available at the lodge — refuel in Hluhluwe or Jozini before arrival. Approximately 8 hours from Johannesburg, 6 hours from Durban, 3.5 hours from Richards Bay, and 3 hours from St Lucia.
