- Turn right to merge onto the N8 towards Bloemfontein and proceed for 500 m;
- Merge onto the N8 and proceed for 2.5 km;
- Take the exit towards Rudolf Greyling Street and proceed for 400 m;
- Continue onto Rudolf Greyling Street and proceed for 3.4 km;
- At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Raymond Mhlaba Street and proceed for 3.7 km;
- Continue onto the R30 and proceed for 3.7 km;
- Use the middle 2 lanes to take the ramp onto the N1 and proceed for 96.7 km;
- Use the left lane to take the ramp to the N5/R708 and proceed for 500 m;
- Turn right onto the N5/R708 and continue to follow the N5 for 138 km;
