Accommodation

Seven self-catering cottages sleep between two and six guests. Each cottage features a fireplace, private plunge pool, enclosed garden, and covered stoep with braai. Many include hot tubs and firepits, with designs ranging from the Tolkien-inspired Hobbit Hollow to properties with valley and river views.

Facilities

Facilities include pizza ovens, braai areas, private plunge pools, river access for swimming and canoeing (equipment rental available), wood-fired sauna, forest pathways, and WiFi. Solar power with battery backup ensures reliable electricity. The property is pet-friendly with an on-site farm dog.

Greenhouse cottage is the largest cottage on the farm with 3 en-suite extra large bedrooms and large kitchen / lounge and enclosed stoep. Greenhouse cottage is tucked into the corner of Underhill, with a large garden bordering the Twaalfontein stream.

The Tiny House of Underhill farm is a THOW - Tiny House On Wheels. The THOW is situated at the bottom of the farm amongst the old olive grove between the two rivers which meet at the bottom of the garden.

The Farmhouse is the original building on the farm, with high end finishes throughout. 2 ensuite bedrooms with a loft area and the largest enclosed garden on the farm. Situated next to the dam and under 2 ancient oak trees it is one cool spot.
