Directions
Arriving from Cape Town / Montagu (R62 Eastbound)
1. Enter Barrydale via the scenic Route 62 (which becomes Voortrekker Road as you enter town).
2. Drive through the main village centre, passing local landmarks like the Karoo Art Hotel. At this 4-way stop you turn right into Laing street and at the top of the hill, right into High Level Road, Zion's rest is on your left.
3. Turn left off the R62 onto Tinley Street (or Steyn Street) heading uphill toward the majestic Langeberg mountains.
4. Continue straight up the hill for about two blocks, then turn right onto High Level Road/Street.
5. Zion's Rest (No. 3) - the green double storey, will be located on your left-hand side near the end of the road.
