This double-storey house is on the host’s property, but is private and separate from the main house. This spacious home can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is an en suite), and an open-plan living area. Both bedrooms are located upstairs; the main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and access to the second separate bathroom, also fitted with a shower. The open-plan living area and kitchen are on the ground floor; the fully equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for convenience. The adjacent living area features a 4-seater dining table, a fireplace (for those cold Winter nights), and a sofa to relax on. The living area opens onto a patio (enclosed stoep), which offers a built-in braai (BBQ) area for guests to use. There are lovely terracotta tiles throughout that help keep the house cooler in the Summer months and in the chillier months, there is a big fire place in the living room. Outside there is plenty of space for you to relax. You can have breakfast under the vines near the pool and enjoy a sun downer on the front deck (it gets the sun all day) or up on the mountain where you will find stunning views over this Beautiful Valley. The house has 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, a queen size bed, a double bed and a children's bedroom with kids bunk beds and a single bed. A downstairs bathroom with shower/bath combination and a third bathroom upstairs with a shower. Downstairs there is a bright double volume open plan living room and dining area. There are wall to wall concertina glass doors that lead out to the front deck with mountain views. The family country style kitchen leads out to the garden and pool area. In the garden there is a large trampoline and a hammock. There are also two firepits for those chillier nights when you're not quite ready to come in yet and of course a Braai! The house has all the security features you need to feel safe and relaxed on your holiday. We are a 5 minute drive from all shops, markets and the many restaurants Hout Bay has to offer and is close to Hout Bay beach and the stunning Llandudno beach.
