Guests staying in The Cottage have access to the garden and pool area for their enjoyment. For those with small children, please take note the pool is not fenced. There are two friendly dogs on premises who live with the owner. Leehaven Apartment, an upstairs unit is an open-plan space comfortably sleeping two in an XL king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a two-seater dining table, small fridge-freezer, microwave, air fryer, induction stove, toaster, kettle, and full crockery and cutlery. Parking is available in the evening for this unit only. The Nook (closing 12/4/26 & being incorporated into the Cottage), which is the smaller downstairs unit, is an en-suite room offering a private entrance and a double bed. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin, and toilet. The room also provides a table, tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, kettle, microwave, and basic dining ware, as well as a private patio with seating. Only on-street parking is available for guests in this unit. For added comfort and security, the property features an inverter with a battery backup and remote-controlled access, secured by beams & electric fencing. Its convenient location allows easy access to the beach, harbour pier, harbour, the delicious seafood at Mariner's Wharf and on the red tourist bus and local MyCiti bus routes.

The large, pet-friendly Cottage Studio is fully equipped for self-catering. The cottage has a queen bed and can accommodate 2 adults. A cot is available upon request for infants up to the age of two years who can stay for free. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large modern shower. The studio consists of a 4-plate induction stove with a full under-counter oven. A Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery, and crockery are also available. The living area has a couch and coffee table with chairs; there is also a television with a DStv Premium decoder. There is a small private under roof courtyard through the sliding doors of the cottage. Here guests can enjoy a braai in the sitting area outside the cottage. There is a 4-burner gas braai as well as a weber, and a 4-seater outdoor dining table. There is also a small private and secure garden area for your beloved pets. Use of a swimming pool in the main house where owners also reside is by arrangement. Airport picks up on arrangement.
