Even so, it's smack bang in town, a 5-7 minute walk to all the Green Point shops and restaurants and a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront and a 10-12 minute drive to the stunning white beaches at Camps Bay *Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the party districts at Long Street and Sea Point. This home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms (out of which three are en-suite) and two additional people can sleep on floor mattresses in the lounge areas.
