Five rooms and one apartment, available as bed and breakfast or self-catering. Rooms open via double doors onto a sea-view stoep, with unspoilt sea views. Options include Kreef two-room unit, Elf, Mossel, Snoek, Bokkom, and Perlemoen self-catering apartment. En-suite rooms have coffee facilities, bar fridge, microwave and flatscreen DSTV.

Facilities

Guest lounge with fireplace and views, outdoor built-in braai and sea-view stoep with firewood and braai tools provided. Wi-Fi, bath towels, hairdryers and electric blankets. Full English breakfast included with B&B. Dinner by prior arrangement for Abalone guests only.

Jacobsbaai has a 2 km coastline of rocky and sandy bays. About 145 km or 1½ hours from Cape Town, halfway between Saldanha and Vredenburg. Nearby: Yzerfontein, Langebaan, West Coast National Park, Saldanha, Paternoster, St Helenabaai, Velddrif, Dwarskersbos, Elandsbaai. Flower season August to September.
