Do not use the R335 as the main approach — it is poorly maintained. Preferred route: N2 and N10 to R342 at Paterson (~45 min), then left toward R335 (Addo) to the lodge (~25 min). Addo Elephant Park is approximately 10 km / 10 min drive; nearest airport is Port Elizabeth International (~80 km).
