From Pietermaritzburg Airport:
1. Head out of the airport precinct and turn right onto Pharazyn Way, following the signs to merge onto the N3 highway heading north toward Howick and Johannesburg (~8 km).
2. Stay on the N3 until you reach Exit 99 (Howick South / Underberg), then take the off-ramp and turn left onto the R617 (~15 km).
3. Follow the R617 through Boston and Bulwer, keeping an eye out for livestock on the winding mountain passes (~110 km).
4. Continue on the R617 until you enter Underberg, driving through the main street toward the Shell Garage (~2 km).
5. Turn right at the Shell Garage onto the Himeville/Sani Pass road and head toward Himeville village (~7 km).
6. Drive about 1.5 km past the Himeville village centre to find the entrance to District Road (previously KarMichael Farm) on your right (~2 km).
