Sediba Lodge is a self-catering guest lodge located on Mooihoek Farm, near Clarens in the Free State. It includes a game park, riverine forest, and a well-stocked trout dam. The name Sediba is a Sotho word meaning source of the spring, which reflects the tranquil, natural setting of the lodge.

Guests can choose from three lodge options: North Lodge, South Lodge, and Mountain Lodge. Both North and South Lodges overlook the trout dam directly, offering peaceful views and a relaxing outdoor setting. Mountain Lodge overlooks the game park, giving it beautiful, elevated views.

North and South Lodge share similar features, but they differ in capacity and layout. North Lodge has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a king bed or two single beds on request, and the bathrooms include both a bath and a shower for convenience.

South Lodge, on the other hand, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Like North Lodge, the bedrooms each have a king bed or two single beds, on request, and the bathrooms provide both bath and shower facilities. This makes South Lodge a perfect choice for larger families or groups, while North Lodge suits smaller families or couples needing more intimate accommodations.

Both North and South Lodges feature an open-plan living area that combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen, enjoy them in the dining space, or relax in the lounge while taking in the serene surroundings. The lodges also offer covered patios with comfortable seating, ideal for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or sunset drinks while enjoying unobstructed views of the trout dam and its surroundings.

For guests seeking a more elevated, luxurious experience, Mountain Lodge provides an exclusive retreat with 2 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed or two singles on request, while the second features two single beds, offering flexibility for couples or small families.

The lodge includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge, complete with a large open fireplace, adding warmth and comfort during cooler months. A covered veranda overlooks the game park, offering breathtaking elevated views and a peaceful outdoor space to relax and connect with nature.

All three lodges at Sediba provide guests with the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and immersion in nature.
