About

Valley Bushveld Country Lodge is safari-style accommodation near Addo Elephant National Park in the Eastern Cape, with rooms, luxury self-catering chalets and a private game reserve setting.

Accommodation

Rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private entrances. Options: double with king bed, twin with two singles, family with two kings, two deluxe doubles (king plus single, sleep three), and executive suite with two kings. Four free-standing self-catering chalets sleep up to four, with open-plan kitchens and large bathrooms.

Facilities

Dining room: full South African breakfast; lunch and dinner on request. Adjoining bar with South African wines, coffees, beers, spirits and liqueurs. Chalets have equipped kitchens and outdoor braais. Pool area, patio deck, large fireplace, walking trails, open-vehicle giraffe and wildlife safaris, and Port Elizabeth airport pickup.

Location & Surroundings

On a private game reserve on the Coegas River banks, about 200 m off the R75 towards Addo, Kirkwood and Graaff-Reinet, roughly 52 km from Port Elizabeth via Uitenhage. Near Addo Elephant National Park, Shamwari, a cheetah breeding farm and a private lion reserve in a malaria-free big-5 region.
