The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers seating and a Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. The living area opens to a patio with a built-in braai. Secure parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex and the canal that leads to the back of Marina Martinique. A remote-controlled gate in front of the complex leads to the beach. Guests can bring their own pedal boat, ski, or kayak or can hire a pedal boat to row in the 7 km long canal.
