A convenient guest toilet is located on the same level. The upstairs area, which we also refer to as The Boathouse, is an apartment above the garage and has a separate entrance. it is fitted with two interleading bedrooms. The one has two single beds and the second has a queen bed. These rooms share a bathroom. The Boathouse has a kitchenette with a microwave, mini kitchen and kettle. Cutlery and crockery are also provided. The fifth bedroom is a large en-suite loft room, perfect for groups, featuring three single beds and a queen-size bed. The loft's en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower. The thoughtful layout of the house ensures both comfort and privacy for larger groups or families.
