The townhouse apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests ( 4 Adults max ) and comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed with a double bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The third bedroom contains a bunk bed. The bathroom contains a shower only. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a washing machine. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge offers seating and a Smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix. The living area opens to a patio with a built-in braai. Secure parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex and the canal that leads to the back of Marina Martinique. A remote-controlled gate in front of the complex leads to the beach. Guests can bring their own pedal boat, ski, or kayak or can hire a pedal boat to row in the 7 km long canal.
