Mooi River Self Catering Sleeps 2+ Accommodation

Old Rearsby is self-catering farm retreat accommodation in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands near Mooi River, with five private cottages and Drakensberg mountain views in a quiet countryside setting.

The Loop Farmhouse at Bloomhill Stud Farm is a double-storey self-catering accommodation on a working beef and horse stud farm surrounded by the river in Mooi River.

Hythelands is situated on a dairy farm on the Hlatikulu Road, 10.4 km outside of Mooi River. Hythelands offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in 2 self-contained, 3-bedroom homes where guests can enjoy peace and tranquillity, as well as lovely views of the Drakensberg mountains in the distance. The house can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the third bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed. The house also comprises a spacious kitchen and lounge area, and features a courtyard area with outdoor seating and braai facilities. There is a cosy fireplace in both the lounge and the kitchen, ideal for those cold winter nights. Firewood is provided for the first night. DStv is also available. In our cabin - Hythe Hideaway, we have 3 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd has a double bed and the 3rd has twin beds. There is 1 communal shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area. All individual rooms open out onto the common verandah where you can best enjoy our river view. This cabin does nt have a TV or wifi as it is our cosy escape.

The cottage has boasts its own entrance and can be hired independently from the manor house. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom is styled in a polo theme with a King bed with a private dressing room and full bathroom en-suite. The second that can cater for 2 adults and one child, with a Queen bed and a Single Bunk bed that can sleep comfortably. The amazing rooms 3 and 4 are fitted with King beds and share a beautiful bathroom and walk-in shower. The cottage is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and relaxing lounge to sit and watch your favorite TV shows on the Full DStv package.
