There is a lovely swimming pool for your use as well as a small garden. The apartment has its own spacious private terrace with Weber BBQ. The unobstructed sea view from the terrace is beautiful and Green Point is normally a wind-free area. The unit is serviced daily except on Sunday and Public holidays.
