The living area opens onto a patio (enclosed stoep), which offers a built-in braai (BBQ) area for guests to use. The entire property boasts a complimentary and an uncapped 50 Mbps fibre line, which also has a UPS (always on) inverter, in case of any power outages. The house is situated in a security boom-controlled estate and secure on-street parking is available. The property is within 5-minutes drive from all major supermarkets, the many restaurants that Hout Bay and Constantia has to offer and not forgetting the world-famous Hout Bay Harbour Market.
