Two cottages sleeping 13 guests: Main House (4 bedrooms) and Swallows Croft (2 queen bedrooms). Built 1965, renovated 2014. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fireplace, lounge with leather couches, overlooking Visgat pool.

Facilities

Braai/BBQ (2m diameter), outside pool with umbrella, gas hob and dover stove. Solar-powered lights, hot/cold water, 100% cotton linen and bath towels. Snorkeling gear, boule, board games, puzzles, books and field guides. Patio with camp chairs. Small USB charger; no plug points.

Location & Surroundings

On 4,500-hectare Cederberg property with Olifants River Gorge. Fly-fishing for Clanwilliam Yellowfish, Sawfin, and Brown Trout; kloofing, hiking trails, birding (Verreaux's Eagles), ancient bushman rock paintings 8,000–300 years old, and Pipe Track Walk. Protected Cape Floral Kingdom area. No cellphone reception.
