*31 on Witzenberg is a charming stone cottage with panoramic mountain views and a private splash pool nestled on a Game Park on the Boointjiesrivier road between Tulbagh and Ceres in the western Cape. The cottage is ideal for a family or couple seeking a tranquil escape from the city *The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and has an on-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 x 3/4 beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower only and a toilet. Each of the rooms opens onto a verandah with views of the surrounding mountains. *The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table or on the veranda and the lounge has a cozy fireplace and a TV *The cottage opens onto the wraparound verandah where guests can put their feet up and enjoy the sunset or sunrise.
